Booking conditions
Please take the time to read and understand the conditions
of booking set out below prior to booking a trip with
PINK Vibgyor.
We strongly recommend that you also read the Detailed
Itinerary relating to your trip prior to booking to ensure
that you understand the itinerary and style of the trip you
are undertaking.
How to Book:
As soon you are ready to proceed with the reservations and
we shall send you our invoice for the 20% of the total tour
cost as an advance payment, details will be provided upon
knowing your choice to pay. Apart from the 20% you would
also need to pay us the full amount for any air/train or bus
tickets to be issued. Once the advance is received our
operation team will make all your hotels reservations, book
your tickets and make necessary arrangements for your trip.
Balance of the tour cost can be paid by you upon your
arrival in India by cash or traveler's cheques.
Alternatively you could pay by bank transfer a fortnight
before your arrival.
Once you submit the advance payment we would keep you
updated of your travel arrangements and tour updates will be
sent to you.
Amendment
We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements.
But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements
already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate
the changes, depending on the availability of various
segments of the tour, for the new requirements. However, the
changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment /
administration charges.
Optional activities
Optional activities may not be included in the trip price,
therefore please feel free to ask us what is included and
what is not included. However, the tour cost sent by our
representative will include list of things included/Not
Included.
Late bookings
Don’t worry it’s never too
late even if you decide your trip at the last moment. Just
drop us a mail or call us and we will work accordingly, and
make sure all the components of your trip are confirmed
before you arrive.
Your
details
In order for us to confirm
your travel arrangements you must provide all requested
details with the balance of the trip price. Necessary
details include full name as per passport, date of birth,
nationality, passport number, passport issue and expiry date
and any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may
affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements.
Cancellation
We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to
India, however we realize that there are many valid reasons
that this can happen. Cancellation must be notified in
writing and will take effect the day it is received by
PINK
Vibgyor.
The following cancellation charges will apply: -
Charges will apply: -
» 90 days prior to arrival - 30% of the advance deposited
» between 90 days to 60 days prior to arrival - 50% of the
advance deposited
» between 60 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 70 % of the
advance deposited
» between 15 days to 7 day prior to arrival - 85% of the
advance deposited
» 7 days prior to arrival - NO REFUND

** Booking Procedure :
GSA's and other source of the booking will have to send
their written requests for booking
(1) 50% of ticket value at the time of confirming the
booking.
(2) Remaining 50% of ticket value 60 days prior to
departure.
Cancellation:
(a) In case of FITs
(1) 10% of ticket value 90 days prior to departure.
(2) 50% of ticket value between 60 to 89 days prior to
departure.
(3) 100% of ticket value between 30 to 59 days.
(b) In case of Group and Charter
(1) 50% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure.
(2) 100% of ticket value between 0 to 59 days prior to
departure.
Note : A group of 15 paying persons will be called as group
booking, one complimentary seat shall be provided.
