Cancellation Policy

At Pink Vibgyor, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We strive to maintain a fair and transparent cancellation policy while ensuring the smooth operation of our trips and experiences. Please read the following policy carefully before making a booking.

Trip Cancellation by Participant

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email. Cancellation charges will be applicable based on the date we receive your cancellation request.

Cancellation Charges

  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total trip cost

  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost

  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total trip cost

  • No Show / Failure to Join: 100% of the total trip cost

Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, transaction fees, and any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The refund amount will be credited using the original payment method wherever possible. Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Trip Cancellation by Pink Vibgyor

While we make every effort to operate all trips as planned, Pink Vibgyor reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any trip due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions or regulations

  • Political unrest

  • Safety concerns

  • Insufficient participation

Any unforeseen operational challengesIn such cases, participants may be offered:

  • A full refund of the amount paid, or

  • A travel credit that can be used for a future Pink Vibgyor trip

Pink Vibgyor shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including flight tickets, train tickets, visa charges, travel insurance, or personal arrangements.

Changes to Itinerary

Travel often involves factors beyond anyone’s control. For the safety and comfort of participants, itineraries may occasionally need to be adjusted due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Road closures

  • Local regulations

  • Operational requirements

  • Health and safety considerations

Such changes do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided in the following situations:

  • Voluntary withdrawal from the trip after departure.

  • Late arrival resulting in missed activities, transport, or accommodations.

  • Failure to provide required travel documents or identification.

  • Removal from the trip due to violation of community guidelines or misconduct.

  • Unused services included in the package.

Transfer of Booking

In certain cases, booking transfers may be permitted. Requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval, availability, and any applicable administrative charges.

Force Majeure

Pink Vibgyor shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, changes, losses, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, civil disturbances, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
